Applying & approval

How long does approval take? +

Within 48 working hours maximum. We usually respond within 24h on business days.

What do I need to apply? +

A valid VAT / Tax ID, a business website or other proof of business activity, and basic contact info. The form takes 2 minutes.

Why do you ask about my business activity? +

So we can prepare a plan tailored to you. Knowing your channel and approximate volume lets us bring the right pricing and shipping conditions to our first conversation — instead of generic ones.

Can I be a Quamtrax distributor for my country? +

We work with multiple distributors per region. Apply and we'll discuss exclusivity case by case.

I haven't received any reply. What now? +

Check your spam folder first. If 48h have passed, email [email protected] mentioning your company name.

Pricing & discounts

What kind of pricing can I expect? +

Wholesale pricing tailored to your business. We adapt conditions to your activity, volume and channel — you won't get a generic catalog price. Your exclusive pricing is visible in the portal once you're approved.

Can I see prices before applying? +

Our wholesale prices are exclusive to approved partners. After approval, you'll see your full catalog with your exclusive prices in our portal.

Are there volume-based promotions? +

Yes. Specific products have promotions like 5+1, 3x2, or bulk discounts. They're visible inside the portal once you're logged in.

Do prices change frequently? +

We maintain price stability whenever possible. Significant changes are communicated in advance to active partners.

Orders & payments

What's the minimum order? +

Currently 200€. We may adjust this per partner based on your tier and order history.

How do I pay? +

Bank transfer only. After placing an order you'll receive a proforma invoice with payment instructions.

When is my order shipped? +

After we confirm receipt of payment. Usually next business day.

Can I modify an order after placing it? +

Yes, until payment is confirmed. Contact your account manager directly.

Can I cancel an order? +

Yes, until payment is confirmed. After that, contact us and we'll see what's possible.

Shipping

How long does shipping take? +

72-96h to virtually all European destinations after payment confirmation. International destinations: rates and times calculated based on weight, dimensions and country, and confirmed by email with your invoice.

Where do you ship from? +

From our European warehouse. Specific shipping origin is confirmed at order time.

Is shipping free? +

Provisional V1 condition: free shipping from 500€. Below that, shipping rates depend on weight, dimensions and destination.

Catalog & products

How many products are available? +

700+ SKUs across proteins, performance, aminos, vitamins, gainers, definition, and accessories. We use just-in-time stock management; if a SKU is temporarily unavailable, we coordinate with you directly.

Do you have an expiration policy? +

Expiration dates vary by product. Some items have 6+ months, others longer. Specific expiry information is confirmed in your order details before payment, so you always know what you're ordering.

Can I sell Quamtrax on Amazon or other marketplaces? +

Only with explicit prior authorization. Marketplace policies require coordination across distributors.

Can I private-label or co-brand? +

Private label and white-label projects are evaluated case by case. Contact us with details.

Returns & customer support

What's your return policy? +

Manufacturing defects only. Full details are in our B2B Terms.

Who's my point of contact? +

After approval, you'll have a dedicated account manager on our Portugal team (EN · ES · PT).

Is there customer support outside email? +

Yes. Phone +351 939 990 938 or +351 938 671 333 Mon-Fri 10:00-17:00. Our team supports English, Spanish and Portuguese as default, with French and German available on request.

Spain & national markets

Do you ship to Spain? +

Not directly. Our national wholesale channel for Spain is lastonred.com (same group as Quamtrax). Visit them for Spanish wholesale.

I have offices in multiple countries. Which channel do I use? +

Quamtraxb2b.com for international markets, LastonRed for Spain. Contact us if you operate across both — we'll coordinate.
