Legal basis
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request (GDPR Art. 6.1.b), legal compliance (6.1.c), and our legitimate interest (6.1.f) in running our B2B operations securely.
Data retention
Active partners: for the duration of the relationship + 6 years (legal & tax retention). Rejected applications: 12 months. Anonymous analytics: 26 months.
Data sharing
We share necessary data with our processors: Shopify (e-commerce platform), Railway (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and our internal ERP (Lastonred / SAGE). All processors operate under DPAs and within the EU or with adequate safeguards.
